Angela received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from BYU in 1987. She went to graduate school in Political Science 1 1/2 years prior to attending law school at the University of Idaho. She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 1992. She began working at Idaho Legal Aid Services in Pocatello in 1992. In March 2009, she opened her private practice specializing in elder law issues.
Angela has done a wide variety of work with the elderly over the past 21 years including guardianships, conservatorships, long-term care estate planning, Medicaid, and other elder law issues. She has also given numerous presentations over the years on various elder law issues throughout Southeastern Idaho. She served on the Idaho Supreme Court Guardianship and Conservatorship Committee which established a monitoring system for reviewing the reports to the Courts. Angela wrote the article on Guardianships and Conservatorships for the Family Law Section of the Idaho State Bar Handbook.
